Blinc Brow & Lash Enhancement Serum

How To / directions:
Apply the serum onto clean and dry skin.

FOR YOUR LASHES: with a single stroke, start from the inner corner and work your way outwards on the base of your eyelashes, like you were applying a liquid eyeliner.

FOR YOUR BROWS: follow the natural shape of your brow, concentrating specifically on sparse, thinning, or over-plucked areas.

Wipe away any excess product and allow 90 seconds for the serum to dry prior to applying other products around your eye area or going to sleep. Apply once daily, in the evening, until you achieve desired results, then apply every other day for maintenance. For sensitive eyes, extend time in between applications if needed. Do not apply in the eye, to the lower eyelids, directly on the lashes or on any other areas.
